~ Sitting Room ~

The first room you will encounter as you step through our front door and back in time to the year 1855 is our Formal Sitting Room. Play the restored antique baby grand piano and enjoy the acoustics that hard wood floors and ten foot ceilings provide. Chat with new friends by the large windows looking out on the wrap-around porches and the front of the park.

~ Oasis Room ~

A tribute to the classic Victorian Conservatory and the revitalizing nature of the outdoors, this sun-filled room has a large sofa, a comfy chair, and a desk in the midst of a host of luscious plant life, fountains, and awe-inspiring windows overlooking the Rocky Spring. Come be refreshed!

~ The Library ~

The Library sits in the very center of the Mansion House. Complete with antique books and magazines to peruse, this room is inviting and cozy with its warm hardwood floors and oriental rug. Open the beautiful corner cabinet enclosing a television for guest use as well as current newspapers and magazines.

~ Dining Room ~

A superb ingredient in your mix of delights here at Rocky Springs Bed & Breakfast is a luxurious five-course breakfast served in our formal Dining Room. Toile dances around you as you enjoy restful conversation around our tables. Eight-foot windows and a beautiful arch leading to our Fireplace Nook are said to be the signature of previous Italian owner, Joseph Figari.

Huge windows overlooking the deck and Conestoga River surround you as you cuddle up in the wing back chairs facing the big stone fireplace.

Carefully designed to be reminiscent of cabinetry found in the 1800’s, this spacious, warm, and inviting kitchen is where we prepare your five-course breakfast every morning.
